You need to utilize the role method to get your teeth in a perfect form. For a proper brushing technique, use light pressures and brush in circles. Segment your teeth into quadrants and spend at least a minimum of 30 secs each on each quadrant. Also, ensure that you are using a medium-tagged bristle. 

While Flossing If I Bleed, I should Stop. 

It is important to note that bleeding gums are a result of gum irritation or unpronounced gum disease. Blood is a sign that the gums are irritated and that bacteria and plaque may be found below the gumline. It could also mean that there are meals stuck in between the teeth and may likely cause irritation. If your gum shows a sign of swelling or bleeding. You should gently massage them with a brush or floss gently. Then you should do the warm water therapy:  a glass of warm water and a tablespoon of salt. After this, you should visit the dentist as soon as possible.

Sugar Cause Cavities

In truth, sugar contributes to the formation of cavities. However, sugar itself is not the cause of the problem. Rather it is the bacteria that eats the sugar. Sticky foods attract bacteria to thrive on. These bacteria thus cause cavities when they begin to act upon the sticky or sugary substance. 

Chewing Gums Works Like Brushing 

You should never believe that chewing gums is the same as brushing the teeth. In truth, some chewing gums promote fresher breath as well as cleaner teeth, these types of gums are called sugar-free gums. While chewing gums serve as oral health, they can’t be able to replace tooth brushing. 

White Teeth Are Healthy Teeth 

Whiter teeth are never a sign that your teeth are healthy. Teeth begin white and over time they become stained or damaged. Whitening teeth may leave the underlying cause of discoloration unaddressed.
